Welcome...
As a potential business sponsor you have the ability to make a significant difference to the capabilities of the Watersafe UK Search and Rescue Team. Although we are a highly motivated and very highly skilled group of people, our skills are useless without the right equipment to ensure the safety of ourselves and our casualties at operational incidents.
Your donation will be used to directly save lives - whether they be our lives - we often have to put ourselves in harms way to ensure a succesful outcome; or that of a potential casualty.
Watersafe UK is an entirely non-profit making organisation and our rescuers all give their time voluntarily and in their own time! In fact WUKSART team members have had to fund a lot of the set up costs out of their own pocket!
Support can be offered in various ways, for eample:
- Companies and businesses donating cash - Either unspecified or to purchase a certain piece of equipment.
- Companies donating items of equipment purchased on our behalf.
-
Companies donating items of equipment made by themselves.
-
Companies donating time and services.
Our promise to all sponsors is, that in return for thier kind and generous support they will recieve some form of recognition and publicity; but only if you wish.
Below is listed some of the kinds of advertising and publicity we could offer. Of course we are always open to suggestions if you can’t quite see one of the below ideas working for your company or organisation please contact us on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Although we are a voluntary water rescue team, many of our members are serving members of the East Midlands’ Emergency Services and have a vast amount of knowledge and experience. Over the years most of the individuals within the team have developed working friendships with the local media including newspapers, radio and television. We will exploit our existing contacts for our cause.
